Runtime Environments

After joining an organization, you can view the list of all runtime environments in the organization. You can also create runtime environments. From a resource perspective, a runtime environment includes underlying compute resources, network resources, storage resources, etc., for running Montplex Cache. From a node type perspective, a runtime environment includes Worker nodes, Proxy nodes, and Controller nodes.

  • Only one runtime environment can be deployed per VPC network.
  • Network isolation exists between each runtime environment.

Initializing Environment

If you are the Owner of the organization, you can initialize new runtime environments.Environment Initialization

Estimated Time

Time: 25 minutes Initializing an environment will create compute resources, network resources, storage resources, and some business components within the VPC.

Minimum Network Unit

Only one runtime environment can be created per VPC.

Releasing Environment

If you are the Owner of the organization, you can release runtime environments. If there are running Cache clusters in the resource environment, it cannot be released. Releasing a runtime environment will also release the underlying compute resources, network resources, storage resources, etc.
