We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us bring our product to market.

We are actively seeking a high-performing Cloud Database Sales to spearhead our sales endeavors in the China market for Montplex, our cutting-edge caching service. Operating in an early but rapidly accelerating growth phase, you'll be instrumental in architecting our sales methodologies and best practices regionally, with potential opportunities for geographic expansion across other territories. Your core responsibilities will revolve around proactively hunting and acquiring new enterprise customers through strategic account mapping, relationship cultivation, and orchestrating consultative sales engagements. The sales cycle typically spans 1-3 months, necessitating seamless cross-functional collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a results-driven mindset, coupled with comprehensive domain expertise in caching databases, cloud-native architectures, and SaaS delivery models. Established relationships with key decision-makers within the target accounts, as well as proven experience in selling analogous solutions, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive net-new business acquisition and existing account expansion through multichannel prospecting campaigns;
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans, defining target accounts and demand generation tactics;
  • Conduct in-depth account research, identify stakeholders, nurture interest, and cultivate opportunities;
  • Engage in face-to-face demand generation events and customer advisory sessions;
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to maximize customer lifetime value and retention;
  • Maintain a robust, meticulously tracked sales pipeline, reporting on all activities and metrics;
  • Translate technical requirements into tangible business value propositions, quantifying ROI to accelerate buyer decisions;
  • Serve as a trusted customer advocate, partnering with Montplex's engineering team to influence the product roadmap;

Required Qualifications:

You should have experience selling software or engineering services to corporate and enterprise clients. In general, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Solid technical acumen with proven expertise in selling B2B SaaS solutions to enterprises;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably within the caching database or related domains;
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrable track record of successful lead conversion and deal closure across multiple organizational levels;
  • Native Chinese proficiency and comprehensive understanding of the Chinese public cloud landscape;
  • Proficient in consultative selling methodologies and product marketing strategies;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales culture, with an unwavering commitment to excellence;
